Van Guard design and manufacturer a wide selection of van roof racks, roof bars, roof baskets and other roof storage solutions which are suitable for a range of commercial vehicles. As we design and manufacture all of our van roof racks ourselves, we are able to ensure that our manufacturing standards are met.

Van Roof Systems

Van Guards range of van roof racks start with the MAXRACK, a lightweight aluminium and stainless steel roof rack which provides excellent durability and strength. The MAXRACK incorporates a full width stainless steel roller for ease of loading and a full width wind deflector to reduce drag and save fuel.

As well as our flagship MAXRACK van roof rack, we also have a range of other 2, 3, 5 & 5 bar van roof racks for Citroen, Peugeot, Fiat, Ford, Mercedes, Nissan, Vauxhall and Volkswagen vans.

Van Roof Baskets

To compliment our extensive range of van roof racks we also manufacture a large selection of galvanised van roof baskets which are ideal for carrying bulky items and have been designed to easily fit to our van roof rack range. Each basket is 1 metre long and can be joined together to suite longer vans (up to a maximum of 4 metres).
