At Van Guard, our company goal is to continue to build a business which listens and responds to its customers’ needs, provides an open and successful business relationship with each and every customer, and elevate the ‘Van Guard’ brand to one of the most respected within our marketplace.

Achieving these goals will require a certain amount of change to the way we have traditionally positioned our products in the market. We are currently reviewing how we conduct our business, with whom, and how we promote our brand to the individuals who use our products.

Our first step was to produce a brochure which focuses more on our products’ benefits and features, and can be used as genuine point-of-sale material. Next we restructured our price list, so that it’s in a more logical format, and only shows our suggested retail price.

Our website has also undergone a major change, to become more professional, easier to navigate and use, and to reflect more closely our brand values.

During the review of the Van Guard brand, systems and structures, we are taking the opportunity to see how we can best service our customers’ needs for their own businesses and work with you, our business partner. With this in mind, we are closely examining our position and relevance in the retail market as well as giving serious consideration to a preferred partner network.

Of course, some things will not change, like our commitment to quality, next working day delivery and as a manufacturer, our ability to quickly tailor products to the needs of customers.
