Following the release of the PVC Lined Pipe Carrier earlier this month, we are pleased to announce the introduction of 2 new products to the Van Guard portfolio.
You are now given the opportunity to mount your new Van Guard Pipe Carrier on the side of your Maxrack Gallery Rack with the aid of our NEW Maxrack attachment bar. Sold as a pair, they attach directly to existing Maxrack roof bars, allowing you to fit any Van Guard Pipe Carrier to your Maxrack without losing any load area.
We are also proud to announce the release of the tailgate window grille/blank for the Hyundai iLoad - a proven deterrent against theft from the rear of your van.

August 2011 - PVC Lined Pipe Carrier now available!
After the introduction of our new Pipe Carrier back in May, Van Guard are proud to announce that the Pipe Carrier including a PVC liner is now out. It is available for both the 2 metre and 3 metre lengths but also for bespoke lengths (up to 6 metres.) Let’s face it, damaging your materials before you get on site is a costly pain, so the the liner allows you to carry your range of materials without marking them.

June 2011 - Transit Jumbo High Maxrack out now!
We are pleased to say that we have extended our range of Ford Transit Maxrack Gallery roof racks to now include the Transit Jumbo High roof models.
Our very own gallery rack includes 9 bars, and as standard across our whole Maxrack range, includes a full width stainless steel roller (for easy loading), full width wind deflector (to reduce drag and save fuel), and side rails.

We are delighted to announce the release of our new aluminium roof bars & racks and black rectangular pipe carrier. We hope that you will enjoy our new products as much as we have enjoyed designing and making them.
Our new pipe carrier is manufactured from black anodised aluminium with excellent anti-corrosion properties. Our new stylish sleek design incorporates an aerodynamic front end cap and is tested to maximum capacity (60 pipes). A pipe carrier that will include a PVC liner, to carry a range of materials without marking them, will be released soon. Our new reinforced aluminium roof bars come with completely new adjustable load stops, for the front and rear bars as standard. The unique light weight roof bar design includes a T slot which we will use to develop more compatible roof accessories.
All our new products have been crash tested to ECE Reg 17, along with our ladder clamps & Maxrack gallery rack.
Our bulkhead has also successfully undergone the Static Safety Bulkhead Test at TRL in line with BS ISO 27956:2009 - the only test that relates to vehicle partitions.
Sold as a single or as a pair, the 2 tonne Ratchet Strap is 4 metres long and is ideal for box vans and any other commercial vehicle with internal fitting points, allowing you to effectively secure loads.
Due to the strength of the strap, we advise that the strap is not used on roof racks. Due to this, an alternative 800kg strap will be made available soon.

Sold in pairs, the stainless steel eye bolt fits into the roof bars and is easily adjustable along the bar, allowing rope to be tied through the eye of the bolt to give extra support for heavy loads - a simple and clever solution.

Van Guard are pleased to announce that we now supply the market leading name in Catalytic Converter anti-theft devices - CATLOC.
As you may have seen in the press there has been a dramatic increase in the theft of catalytic converters. Official figures suggest the number of vehices targeted has more than quadrupled in the last two years due to the presence of precious metals that are used to manufacture the catalytic converter.
The CATLOC is easy to install & gives not only peace of mind with expensive repair and off the road costs, but also gives ISR (International Security Regiester protection.

An 8 bar Maxrack Gallery Roof Rack is now available for the Fiat Doblo Maxi (L2) model with rear barn doors - VGMR013-L2H1.
A unique Van Guard design, our Maxrack includes wind deflector, side rails and a full width ladder roller as standard. Our Gallery Rack is also available for the L1 Doblo model (VGMR013-L1H1).
